Fitness freaks. Health foodies. Millennials in the real world. Welcome home.
My name is Jackie. I’m a Springsteen-loving, fitness-obsessed, sarcastic Jersey girl. In 2014, I graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Journalism and Media studies. I’ve interned at Seventeen Magazine and found a post-grad home at the Wall Street Journal. Basically, all you need to know is that I love media, I love to write, and I love fitness.
Following graduation, I signed up (and finished) my first half marathon. After a lot of miles, tons of research and countless podcasts, I’m still hooked and planning to run my first marathon this fall!
Find topics from determining if your fitness tracker is to blame for weight gain to race recaps that will give your the real deal to gluten free recipes you can serve your friends and family. I’m just like any of you still trying to get my sh*t together, find motivation to put down the ice cream and embrace the celery and adopt a fitness routine that starts at 5:00 a.m. (I dream big.)
